Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $60 within Australia. For orders below $60, a standard shipping rate of $9 is applied

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Can I order and pick up in store?

Yes, you can order online and pick up your order at Urbano Café Restaurant. Just select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Typically 1 day turnaround.

I want to order coffee beans as a gift

We offer gift packaging and personalized messages for coffee bean orders. Simply select the gift option at checkout and include your message.

I want a light roast. What beans are suitable?

For a light roast, we recommend our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Colombia Huila beans. They offer bright, fruity flavors with a mild body.

I want a medium roast. What beans are suitable?

Our Puro Scuro blend and Guatemala Antigua beans are great options for a medium roast. They provide a balanced flavor profile with a mix of acidity and body.

I want a dark roast. What beans are suitable?

For a dark roast, try our Rochester St. blend or Sumatra Mandheling beans. These beans offer bold, rich flavors with a full body and low acidity.

Do you have decaf organic beans?

Yes, we offer decaf organic beans. Our Swiss Water Process Decaf is a great option, ensuring you get the full flavor without the caffeine.

Can I have my coffee beans ground up?

Absolutely! You can choose your grind size when ordering, whether it's for espresso, drip coffee, French press, or another brewing method.

Yes, fresh is always best! We roast our beans in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. For the best experience, we recommend consuming your coffee within a few weeks of roasting.
